You must be 21 years of age or older to use this Service. By creating an account and completing onboarding, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 21, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their account.

2. Nature of Service

Tioh TOTO is a ticket verification tool only. It does not facilitate the purchase, sale, or exchange of lottery tickets or any gambling product. The Service uses AI to scan and analyse printed TOTO tickets and compare detected numbers against published draw results.

All scan results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Results are provided for reference only and do not constitute official verification. You should always verify your ticket at a Singapore Pools outlet or at singaporepools.com.sg.

Tioh TOTO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Singapore Pools. We accept no liability for any losses, missed claims, or incorrect information arising from the use of this Service.

5. Payment & Credits

Scan credits are purchased through Stripe in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All sales are final. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time — any changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
